Obituary for Sophuong - Heng
On Friday, May 7th 2021, Sophoung Heng loving wife and mother of seven children passed away at the age of 49. Sophoung was born on March 23rd 1972 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Her family traveled to the states in the year 1982 where she grew up in Santa Ana, California with her parents You Heng & Thida Huot. Sophoung attended Saddleback High School and graduated with her GED. She first got married in 1989 with whom she had four beautiful children named Lisa, Bryan, Zachary, and Justin.
Throughout her life she dedicated her time working at Parker & Hannifin Racor for ten years where she met her husband Tak Khuth with whom she also shares three children with by the names of Steven, Calvin, and Sean. Together they raised all seven children by supporting them through school and their hearts desires. Sophoung then moved on to work at UniFirst for over two years receiving Product Champion Of The Quarter for the year 2020. Her caring and radiant personality shined through her life and children whether it was having friends and family over for food and dancing or just being home with her family. She always cared and supported her loved ones with their passions and dreams.
Her hobbies consisted of going fishing, camping, crab fishing, and most importantly gardening. Sophoung dreamed about travel and visiting many places. If anyone who had known our mother would know her infectious smile, friendliness, and life of the party attitude. Her true beauty and compassionate spirit will always resonate within our hearts and she is and will always be dearly missed but never forgotten.
