Robert Anderson, 88, of Manteca, Ca went to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of March 23, 2021. He was born in Oklahoma and lived there until the passing of his mother when he was 13. Then he and his father made their way West, ending up in California's bay area. He met and married his first wife Joeann Bounds and had 1 son, later divorcing. Years later he met and married Andrea Slayton. They joined Crossroads Grace Community Church where they became active members in the church. He spent his free time volunteering, spending time with his friends and family, and watching his sports teams especially his SF Giants baseball. He loved watching his grandkids and great grandkids play softball. He is survived by his son Robert Anderson Jr., granddaughters Kathleen Anderson, Elizabeth Anderson, his great grandkids Alexis, Abigayle, Alexandra, Alyssa and many others that loved and considered him family.
