Celia Martinez Leal passed away on February 28, 2021, at her home in Tracy, California. Celia was born in El Centro, California, to Remigio and Jessie (Delgado) Martinez. She lived in Monte Vista, Livermore, and the last part of her life in Tracy. Celia was a homemaker that cared for her six children and husband. She enjoyed gardening and watching Mexican soap operas. Celia was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jessie and son Patrick. She is survived by her children Marcella, Armando, Anthony, Andrew, Renee, three grandsons, and one granddaughter.
